The service
Veluxa is a SaaS tool for managing community channels and groups. We try very hard to keep it up 24/7 but do not offer a hard SLA below Scale tier.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for what gets published through your Veluxa workspace. If you post illegal content via our platform, you lose access and cooperate with lawful requests.
Acceptable use
No spam. No scam. No impersonation. No harassment. No illegal broadcasting. Violations are grounds for immediate termination.
Payment
3-day trial for $1 — card required at signup. $1 is charged immediately. On day four, your card is automatically charged the full plan amount at the billing cadence you selected (monthly or yearly) and billing recurs on that cadence until you cancel. Cancel anytime during the first 3 days to avoid the recurring charge and receive a full refund of the $1. After the trial, cancel anytime — access continues through the end of the paid period.
Liability
Liability is capped at 12 months of fees paid. We are not liable for indirect damages. Standard stuff.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes get 30 days email notice. Keep using Veluxa after the notice = you accept.
